All animals have chests and this is what is referred to on a chicken as their "breasts" because the animal has a breast bone. They don't have nipples because they don't have mammary glands and they don't feed their young breast milk. They are not mammals.

these chickens are very deady,the nipples containe toxicans and can cause chicken pox in small cattel

Because they dont breast feed and chickens are not cows they dont produce milk.
