The best thing you can do for her, is to immediately, take her to the vet. The vet is the only one, who can determine what is wrong, and how to treat it. Good Luck! I hope she's better soon!

I hate spending money to see the vet if I don't need to also. Think back and remember if this behavior has happened before or is your pet usually playful, liked being pet, etc? If this is behavior is new, there's a good probability that your pet has something physical going on that's causing them pain. This means the vet and get them there before the weekend or during office hours.
Assuming it's a problem, you don't want it to get worse over the weekend and need to use emergency room vet services. ($$)
My guess, and it's a guess without seeing the dog is that it's probably in pain and needs to see the dr.

Is she updated on her rabies shot? I would take her to the vet but if she is really agressive when you or anyone else touches her i would put a muzzle on so that she doesnt bite you or anyone else! It sounds like a behavioral problem or if shes in pain for some reason... The vet will know what to do..

Since you can't diagnose what problem the dog has you certainly should take it to the vet who may cure the dog with one visit.

My dog acted this way when he had an abcessed tooth. He refused to eat and whined anytime I tried to pet him. You really should take it to the vet as soon as possible.
