We've known that a super-conductive material can float on a magnet, Earth is just like a very huge magnet...

The Earth's magnetic field however is relatively weak, especially compared to that required to suspend a 450,000lb. airplane thousands of feet in the air. Superconductive magnets generally have been used to suspend objects above another magnet only a few millimeters to a few centimeters, and that wouldn't get a plane from New York to London over the ocean.

Now Maglev trains and cars would be great.

The best use of magnets on aircraft would be an all electric fan that used the magnets in the fan ring where the magnets would be excited by multi-phase - in effect creating a large induction motor - in this way someone could make a hybrid aircraft where the turbines would be there to generate power & the fans were separate excited. This would be nifty because if you had a turbine failure - you could still power both fans from the remaining turbine - no ?

I agree with Jerry L. maybe your idea will work on Jupiter, but i doubt it will work on Earth. You could try an ion engine to propel you aircraft over the ocean too...
