I think you're referring to the Toyger. Personally, I don't think they look like much like a tiger but that's my opinion. They do look more like a tiger than other cat breeds though. Here is a link for more information on them. The breeders are working towards very friendly, out-going temperments so they tend to be very much like a domestic cat. Every now and then one will behave like its wildcat ancestors though.

Bengals DO NOT always act like a domestic cat. They were created using the Asian Leopard Cat which is a wildcat bred to a domestic cat. I do not recommend them for anyone who is not familiar with ALC behavior. They may take after their domestic relatives or they may behave like an ALC. If it is the latter, they can be dangerous without proper knowledge on how to raise and handle them. I have provided a link for more information on them. If you choose to get one, try to get one that does not have a full blooded ALC in the first few generations unless you're ready for a real challenge.

They had kittens on Good Morning America this morning. Their name is Toyger for toy tiger and they carry a gene from an Asian leopard cat which gives them the tiger look and the prowl when walking without them being feral. They have a lot of pictures under ABC, then GMA.
I hope this answers your question.
Oh yes, the sell for $800 to $2000

The bengal is what I know of. An offspring of the bengal, not quite as big and a little cheaper is the Savannah. Either way, both breeds are quite expensive.

The wonderful thing about tiggers,
tiggers are wonderful things.
Their paws are made out of rubber,
their bottoms made out of springs.
Their bouncy, bouncy, bouncy, bouncy,
fun, fun, fun, fun, fun!
But the most wonderful things about tiggers is,
