I have a vhs-c tape that I would like to have converted but I do not want to send it out to have it converted. I would like to drop it off and pick it up somewhere. Does anybody know of any businesses like Wal-Mart or CVS/Pharmacy that does this type of thing?

I don't believe Walmart or CVS does this type of work. However, there are usually local businesses who do this sort of thing. They'll be more than willing to have you come into the store and drop off the VHS tape in person ... and pick up the product when they're done.

Go to www.switchboard.com and do a search on "video transfer" in your local area. You should find one or two nearby.

Best of luck!
