Okay, I'm not Jewish, but I know the answer to this (or at least I think I do). In Hebrew, He's called Yeshua. I think his "last name" (for lack of better phrasing) would be ben Yusuf. Translated into English, it would essentially say, "Joshua (Jesus), son of Joseph".
