Use for Tax lien lots in cities/counties?

I thought of placing storage biuldings on the lots and renting them out. Has someone done this or has another way to make these lots profitable?

The first thing I would do is check with the local zoning board to see what uses are permitted. Until you find that out, we can't even tell you if your idea is legal. Any other ideas we suggest have the same limitation.
