I would say just keep an eye on things, if redness or swelling happen, call the doc. Don't add anything else to the water, just lukewarm for comfort.

I would contact your doctor or your eye doctor. She may need some drops to help with the irritation.

Just to be safe, I would take her to a walk in clinic. She may get a eye infection.
