I'm talking about the ones that are still chaste, of course.

Mary W: Sorry but I have no respect for men who molest children. I know most don't, but you have to be a little off to even become a priest. The Catholic church is a corrupt and immoral organization.

You are using ad hominem abusive logic in the stating of this question, which is not called for.

You know very well that that the confessional and the vow of chastity are not linked in Roman Theology.

The confession of sins is part of the duty of any Christian, irrrespecitve of whether this is done privately or corporately.

The vow of chastity has been turned on/off over the years by the Roman Church. Yes, it has problems with it, but your question totally disregards the thousands of people who in sincerity go into the Church to provide service to God and to their fellow humanity. The Church is an organization full of fallen humans, who are just as in need, and hopefully have received redemption, as those outside.

This is just a vulgar question.

I'm not sure, but now that you mention it, I've always wondered who hears a priest's confessions? Is it some higher priest or cardinal? And if so, who hears the Pope's confessions? Surely he has something to confess.

I find your remarks insulting to the thousands of holy Priest who have dedicated their lives to serve God's people. When are going to grow up and act like an adult and show respect. If you had any respect for yourself, you would not be making fun of these holy men.
