My-T-Fine brand makes the best boxed pudding ever. It is so creamy and full of flavor. It comes in vanilla, chocolate, buterscotch, and lemon. I am a chocolate fan, but can't stand that yucky instant stuff. Cooking the pudding takes some time, but is well worth it in any brand.

If you can't find My-T-Fine in your local stores, I can get it through the Vermont Country Store catalogue. I hope you will try it - it's yummy, and one of my favorite comfort foods.

Have 2. Chocolate and bananna. I eat the chocolate plain but make a "bananna pudding" out of the other. Line a bowl with vanilla wafers, Slice a bananna and spread it out over the wafers and pour the pudding over that. Sometimes I make a double layer. Deeeelish. Both instant.

I'm with Cinncin My T Fine cooked chocolate or butterscotch, is where my heart is, I love the smooth creamy, clean, fresh taste of it, I find the instant has a slight chemical taste that interferes with what I eat a pudding for, taste and texture.

"Kozy Shack" rice or chocolate pudding, which can be found in the dairy section of the grocery store. You'll never eat pudding from a box again.

Pistachio, I would prefer it cooked because cooking it makes it taste better but it only seems to come in instant.
