1. highlight everything you want to send
2. right click and click copy
3. go to your email and right click and press paste.

I believe what you're asking is you wanted to "post" a recipe here and there wasn't an option to do so. Posting of recipes here isn't what cooking and recipes are about unless you have a question about the recipe itself, balance, ratio's and overall ingredient combinations.

Copy from the site, add your input from making the recipe.
Put colors and your own insigna and message to your friends.

Cut past into the person's E-mail then send it.

You could just copy and paste it in the body of the email!
