It sounds like you need a Chiropractic adjustment. Your back is out of place and it radiates around to the chest and stomach.

Since you are without money. I will give you a suggestion to crack or adjust your back. Not as good as the Dr. But it helps me.

Sit in a fairly upright chair with arms. Put your elbows on the arms and raise yourself up. (it has to be just the right chair)
If you can raise yourself an inch or two it will elongate your back . I can make mine pop every time.

Good Luck.

Could be pleurisy, hiatal hernia, duodenal ulcer or a pulled muscle. The only way to really be sure is to see your doctor. A copay is usually only ten or fifteen dollars. Do you have a parent or other relative you could borrow it from? It would be worth it, not only in terms of pain relief, but also peace of mind knowing you have something that's treatable, so that it doesn't happen again or get worse. Good luck to you!

Does it feel like the pain is internal, or possibly muscular or skeletal? I have a condition called costochondritis and it is inflammation where the ribs attach to the breast bone. I can actually feel a lump on my chest and when it bothers me, the lump is bigger. It can be caused by many things including lifting and coughing (mine was caused by coughing when I had bronchitis). When it flares up, everything bothers it... coughing , sneezing, moving my arm, yawning, etc... If the pain feels like it is internal, it could be many different things (sorry!!!)

I hope you feel better soon.

You could have slept all in a knot! Or you are stressed out with an anxiety attack. Whatever, go see a Doctor! Copay is a lot less than "hospital pay" Go to an emergency room and tell them you don't have the "Co-pay" but show them your coverage, they can check it out and will bill you in an emergency.

You might have hiatal hernia or gastric esophogeal reflux disease, but you should check with a doctor to find out what it is. He is the only one who can tell you.

People with the above conditions often find relief by taking a course of Prilosec, but only doctors can tell you what you should do. Good luck.
