In order to grow weed you need at least a 600w metal hylide
bulb and also a ballast for the light. This is about the minimum for growing indoors and still have a nice yeild.
The 600watt light and 600watt ballast will run you about $100-$200 dollars unless you buy it online then its about a quater of the price.
also if you grow in a small area you can just go down to wal-mart or k-mart and buy a regular fan driven heater (with a thermostat)
you also need a high pressure sodium bulb for the flowering stage of the plant (Bigger Buds) the light puts out a different wave of light than the metal hylide, metal hylide light a the best for the growth stage and dont produce the proper light for budding but you can use it for both stages to save money.
just remeber to keep the room at about 70 degrees and keep the humidity at about 50 to 60 so the buds dont mold.
and keep the lights low or the sprouts will stretch and fall over.
Also a good light cycle for starting is 24 hours,or you can run 18 hours on and 6 hours off. to make the plants start to flower you change it to 12 hours on and 12 hours off.
JUST REMEMBER THE CHEAPER THE STUFF THE MORE YOU RISK A PROBLEM.
CHEAP HEATERS HAVE CHEAP THERMOSTATS WHICH MEANS THEY MIGHT COOK YOU PLANTS!!!!!!

If perhaps it's a fruit it includes seeds, otherwise it's a vegetable. And vegetables are usually grown in the ground while fruits are grown in trees.

The best kinda light to use is inflouresent lights. I grow plants too. And the drier the weed the better.

depends wat u want the plant 4 if its just 4 u then me n me m8s used my face tanner to grow 1 once and it got a good few 20 bags on it and got to a good size but if its for n e thing more u should go rto a hydrophonics shop! got 1 in stockport! near the centre. gud luck! :)
