Well if this is your speech What I would do is condense the 4 indext cards to 2. On the 2 put the important aspects and points of your speech (cue cards). Practice the speech using just these cue cards. Allow your self some improvisation because it actually allows for a more relaxed tone for your speech. Memorization produces a memorized too rehearsed sound and often sound very rigid. Keep practicing and if you are able to practice in front of friends and family so you are comfy doing a speech in front of others.
Whatever you do dont say "Umm". I had a teacher one time take off a point everytime someone said "Umm"!

Don't REALLY memorize it. Just say it out loud as many times as you can stand while holding the cards. Then on Monday when you look at the card all the words that are in your head will come out very naturally. If you really memorize it then it will sound pathetic and if you get nervous your memory will slip.

Speeches aren't about memorizing lines and delivering them.
Instead of trying to read what you've written down, try to make a linear outline of the key points in your story and just try to remember those. When you're up there delivering the speech, everything will fall in place. If you ever get stuck, don't let on, just move on to the next point. If you make the story important to you, it makes it easier to deliver.
Remember, nobody in the audience knows your speech except for you, so if you mess up, nobody will notice unless you let them notice.
Also, if you get nervous up there, don't try to imagine people naked or anything, it throws your thought process off. And don't keep eye contact with one person for more than couple seconds, that will make you nervous as well. Move from one face to the next.
Good Luck! :)

One thing I like to do is to just take about 2 or 3 lines and memorize those, then slowly add lines, continually starting from the beginning. It can take a while, but it will help you memorize it .

I like to write out the speech, practice, then only write out the first word of each sentence.. Usually if you can get the first word, you can remember the whole sentence.
Eventually you will have it memorized.
Good luck!

All u need is to read Ur story few time to correct it and then read it few time to memorize it. By that time it could be good.
Tell Ur friend to help u to see if u could memorize the story. It is better if friend could help u out.

Four index cards isn't that much. I've had to do way more. Study it.
