I use the glass and thick paper trick for bees and wasps. We need bees and wasps are just mean. I usually keep spiders, because as I tell my husband, they pay rent by getting rid of other unwanted bugs. Ladybugs, well some eat aphids, which eat my roses, so I tend to give them a pardon, as well! Never had a mouse, but did have a bird, which I gently shoo-ed into a closed room with a broom and opened a window. He figured out the rest. I do find it sad when a neighbor's cat kills a bird I've been feeding and have watched. I'd never hurt an animal, but it does make me sad and wonder if I've done the bird any favors.

That seems like a pretty hard tattoo to find, I looked a little bit and couldn't find anything. My recommendation would be to look for regular pictures of squished bugs and bring them to your artist to see what s/he can come up with. It would be more than just a copy of someone else's tattoo that way, too.

Amusing as this tattoo sounds it will not be permanent. The shedding of the skin on your hands and feet is so constant that the ink will only last a few years and you probably will end up with bits that stay and most that wont. It wont look that good. The other problem is the type of skin on your foot is difficult to tattoo. The type of skin is thick and scaly so it doesnt hold ink very well, your tattoo is not going to look very good, and most artists wont risk a lousy looking tattoo being out there and damaging their reputation.

there is no need to find a picture of a tattoo in order to get the same tattoo.
all you need to do is find a picture of a bug, or a squished bug and bring it to your artist. part of a good tattoo artist's job is creating a good tattoo from a description.
