What function would i use to select a colum of cells say 365 of them and have it add the date in each sucesivly. Or do i have to do it manulely.

I'm not sure if there is such a function, but heres an alternative method:

Enter your first date in a cell e.g. 01/01/2007
Replicate this cell down the column and the cells will fill up with subsequent dates as you drag down the column.
