I used to experiment with the colors. They usually change them out every month, so you have plenty of chances and it isn't on all that long if you don't like the color.
Take a couple of Advil/Tylenol before you go get them on, it isn't painful, just more uncomfortable than anything.

I had braces until the middle of my sophomore year in HS. Not a big deal. Doesn't hurt to get them on, hurts to get them off. You can change the color frequently, so look through the box of rubber bands when you get them to decide what color you want to start with. Don't get clear bands, you're right, they're gross. A light pink would be cute.

relax...braces make you attractive. Trust me! I'm a sophomore in highschool and when I got braces as a freshman everyone thought they looked cute and different on me. The thing is you have to keep your teeth clean as well as your braces so that it wont look dirty and gross when you eat food. Sooooo, would you rather have straight teeth or crooked and ugly teeth? Braces really do help my friend. By the time your a junior you'll look really attractive when your teeth are straight and in order.

No it does not hurt getting them on.. but for a few days your mouth might be sore. When it comes to colors.. get your favorite color(s) I would try to stay away from White. I don't think it is a major turn off for a guy. Well good luck!

previous college wins. no contest. the hot college isn't at par with the skills of the previous college, jordan will own kobe. duncan is the only participant who will supply subject to the previous college simply by fact of his length and flexibility, shaq gets burned by using the strikes of the dream and the previous college bench will trash the hot college bench. if i've got been you, i'l positioned the mailman interior the beginning line as much as create a mismatch between duncan reason malone is a imaginitive scorer down the block. sir charles would be a experience-up subject and an energizer of the bench. previous-college = 4-0. magic/jordan/chicken could be MVP's. i might %. MJ simply by fact of his result on the two ends of the floor.
