I feel your pain, chocolate is soooooo gooood!!!!!!!! and at the same time like poison if you suffer of migraines.

I hope you can find something; but I don't think there is anything as good as chocolate out there that might do the same effect chocolate does with out triggering your pain.
If I was you, I'll eat the chocolate and take the pill after and run in the dark room! If you can't go against it, work around it!

Good luck! D.G.

I gave up all chocolate and caffeine last year and haven't had a migraine since.

You could try substituting chocolate candy for chocolate milk if you just want some chocolate flavor. Chocolate milk doesn't have as much caffeine as a chocolate candy bar or fudge.

are u looking for a chocolate alternative ? something that tastes kind of like chocolate ? if so, there is a product called Carob. u can find carob in health food shops. i used to have allergy problems as a kid, and that's what i used to have instead of chocolate. u can buy carob bars, carob coated dried fruit / nuts, and also carob powder, so u can bake with it. it's not quite as nice as chocolate, but it's not a bad alternative.
