i have to go to my dads for 2 wks and i hate his place it smells he is always punishiing me and were always fighting and he is mean and no mob area and no cat horrbel meals does not liosion to my probs and my mums is way nicer im going to nz after dads im not allowed to stay there at moms full time cues dad has all the power soo much power he can make that i dont eva come to moms again and i dont want to go i hate his guts waht should i do and he is soooo embrassing.

1) Are you old enough to go to the courts and tell them that you would like to determine the visitation upon when you want to go vs. him? With your mom going out of town you can't stay with any grandparents? Try to be positive around your dad and see what response you get. I am sorry you have to go through this, try praying about it. I will pray for you.

How old r u? cause if your a teenager the courts will listen to where u wont to stay. Refuse to go. Stay with your mum let him fight it through court.

Just tell him that you're embarrased of him and that you don't want to be around him anymore. Just flat out tell him. If you don't, I can't help ya.
