is their a way i can take a driving test on-line and just breng in the proof to a driving place take the behind the wheel part and get my drivers license

Not that I've ever heard of. They want you to come in and take the test and then they will know that you didn't cheat on the test. If you were able to do it at home they wouldn't know if you cheated as some one could take the test for you.

Go to the DMV and they will have you take the test there, where they can see you taking the test and see that you are not cheating on it. And then they will score your written test to see if you passed it or not. Then when you are ready you will be able to take the driving part of the test.

Huh uh. They supply small driving manuals with laws, road signs, etc. that will be asked on the test. Go by a Motor Vehicle Department and pick one up.
