Okay so I know its good for you and such.But has anyone ACUALLY lost weight from drinking it? And how long did it take? Also,how many cups did you drink?Thanks! :D

From what I gather, green tea has a small amount of hoodia in it.
Hoodia has been proven to AID in weight loss, but only in concentrated amounts. To get any real benefits, weight loss wise, from drinking green tea, you have to drink it a LOT. and often, too.

If you're looking for the kick without having to pee all the time, your local GNC or vitamin store probably has hoodia or green tea pills available for cheap.

I'm Japanese.

In Japan, it's very common to drink green tea after each meal. But drinking green tea doesn't mean that people can loose weight. I know that for sure because I lived in Japan for 20 years and I never heard that drinking green tea could make people loose weight.

If people want to loose weight, they need to exercise and eat something healthy and drink something that doesn't have lots of calories. Instead of drinking soda, diet soda or coffee with lots of sugar and milk, drinking green tea is a good option. But just drinking green tea doesn't make people loose weight.

Yes, i have drink the green tea. No it really does not work to lose weight even do you do exercise. It taste awful the tea is a waste of money buy it. I don't recommend it. the perfect thing to lose weight is exercise and a lot of water.

Well if u go to the shop u could fine green tea and see if they lose weight. All u need is read the information about it and it will tell u as well. Or u could ask the doctor that which green tea could lose weight and the doctor could tell u as well.

It's not like a miracle weight loss thing, but three cups a day help to boost your metabolism. However, a boosted metabolism will also cause you to be a little more hungry at first, so it's importnat to fight these cravings for the first week or two, or you won't see any results.

no, it's definitely a myth if you want to lose weight from green tea you would have to drink it like all day long and that's not healthy. If you want to lose weight exersise and eat 5 really light meals/snacks a day.

Yes i did lose weight, 25 pounds.It took about 5 days. I dronk about 18 cups a day.

Green tea is very good for you BUT white tea is better! Check out Republic of Tea. Losing weight is a combination of many changes in your life including food AND exercise, no one thing can do it alone.

i havent tried it but a lot of people in my family drink it cause it cleans the stomach and some of them did loose some weight but not that much.
