They say Christ was lifted into heaven by God because there was no gravity to hold him down. They pointed out, how could Christ have walked on water if Gravity was real it would have pulled him under. How do angels and birds and even heavy airplanes fly if God doesent let them. He holds thing down that he wants to keep on the ground and other very heavy things he lets fly. God controls it all there is no gravity. What let the apple fall on the guys head if it wasnt God. Otherwise why would it have stayed on the tree. Do you think I should Go to Church with them? You dont think they are a suicide bunch do you like that Tail Bop group of nuts who all killed them selves years ago when the Tail Bop Comet came.

Well I know you are much smarter then this to answer most of your questions with common sense.
About the people who are asking you to attend church that is something you must decide for yourself. Have they said or done something to you or for you that would encourage your already curious mind to attend? If so by all means attend. There's no promise you will see God there or even feel his presence. But many there will feel his presence. You would be like a blind man who came to service never able to see what they "see" unless your blinded eyes were allowed to see who God is and why He is so real in their lives. And not just in their lives but the lives of so many people all over the world and through all time in man's history.

It's already basic Science that matter attracts gravity. Those people are learning science 101 from a book based on a guy's life from 2000 years ago.

actually the true nature of gravity is still totally unknown. all sir Issac Newton did was describe the effects gravity has on objects. he never said what causes it.

Their is no force that is against God because he put it into being! The only thing God cant do is sin because its against his nature...
God is not subjected to Laws such as gravity.
