A kidney, but don't do it.
The surgery is much more dangerous for the donor than the recipient. Transplant rejection is still high, even with the recent advances made, and the long term failure rates make this a bad bet for most recipients.
In addition, the donor can look forward to health problems and a significantly shorter life span.

U can donate yur blood or bone marrow.As far as body parts,u can donate yur kidney.I'm waiting 2 get tested 2 give 1 of my friends 1 of mine.I'd reccomend it,if there's a chance u can save somebody elses life.Why not?*
