How can I get thinner and get musculer? Like them people that are thin but they have 6 packs and stuff.

yeah go to the gym and use thier different machines. use the treamile and lift wieghts

The best way to get thin and build muscle is a combination of a healthy diet, cardiovascular exercise, and strength training.

Muscle burns more calories than fat does, so it makes sense to build your muscle with strength training.

Cardio will burn calories and fat. You won't have a six pack if you have layers of fat over your stomach, so that's why you need to do cardio AND strength training.

Diet plays a huge role as well. Try not to eat more than 4 grams of fat and sugar per serving or you'll be running on the treadmill all week long just to get rid of a McDonalds cheeseburger.

Remember, thin feels better than food tastes.

You have to eat healthy, a balanced diet is the key, remember muscle tissue is made of protein, but you need the fiber to "wash away impurities", vitamins and minerals are needed for energy and muscle tone. Don't forget to drink plenty of water.
You also have to do exercise 20-30 minutes of cardio an about 40 minutes in weights (less weight is better for muscle tone, you don't want to get bulky). And the most important thing LOVE YOURSELF as you are

OK, you want a super model body! :P

You need to go on a serious diet! Make sure you keep enough protein and stuff in your diet though so you don't get sick from all the working out!

You need to go to the gym 3 - 5 times a week! If you a heavier, you need to workout 3 times a week, and lift 2 times a week.
If you are smaller, to keep your body proportioned, you need to work out 2 times a week and lift 3 times. Start out with slow work outs though, don't rush into it, cuz you will be sore and you can hurt yourself! Good luck!

When you're working out, lift lighter weights with more repetitions, and do lots and lots of running and swimming. If you lift the really heavy weights you'll wind up bulking up, but lighter ones more often burns off fat quickly.

Exercise!!! Do crunches and sit ups if you want good abs and even see a professional physician about how to do it right if you need too !

=) it is genetic in lots of ppl, they are blessed with good metabolisms!..you have to be atheletic, don't eat lots of junk food.
