I know this is shallow but I can't help it. I recently went out with this beautiful woman. When I picked her up she looked gorgeous, she wore a bright sundress that highlighted her smile, and wore sandals that showed hammertoes and severely dry cracked heels. I could not concentrate on anything else except those nasty feet. As a gentleman I continued on with the date and went to a resturant, I could tell she liked me and started to rub her feet against my slacks and I could feel her feet snagging. I had to excuse myself from the table. When I came back I told her I wasn't feeling well. She has called me several times wanting to resume our date but I can't bring myself to talk with her. She is a great, beautiful woman but I can't get past the feet...Your thoughts

LOL, that's so Seinfeld, but I gotta tell you it is weird, when you have some sort of problem with your body you try to hide it, at least on the first date!, she obviously has no problem with her feet like that. Now, if it isn't THAT bad and she has very clean feet then you are overreacting. Since you are avoiding her because of this anyways why don't you just get together and ask her why her feet are in such bad shape, maybe offer her to get a pedicure at your expense. She might have serious dryness problems she can't get rid off and it's not fair to cut somebody out just because of that, at least tell her why you are not interested anymore. Well, that's what I'd do.
You made me laugh so hard, I remember that episode when he dates the woman with the man hands, it is hillarious.

The fact that she exposed her feet by wearing sandals indicates that she isn't ashamed of her feet. Take her next phone call and very gently tell her the truth. We women WANT to know what went wrong on a first date! If she's offended, oh well, it's not like you hurt your chances of furthering the relationship anyways.

Either surprise her with a gift card for a pedicure for cutting out early on the date, or else call her and tell her you're not interested.
Dry cracked heels can be cleaned up (which you should have learnt from the episode where George dumps that woman who becomes gorgeous after her nose job).

It's too bad you couldn't have focused more on her face than her feet. Since you have made her feet an issue in your own mind, best not to see her anymore. Too bad, because you two may have become a couple in time.

Give her a gift certificate at a local spa, for a pedicure. You could otherwise miss out on possibly something wonderful.

My dad raised me to have beautiful feet. Any woman that doesn't take care of her feet is not a woman I suggest being with. Your actions are completely justified. Bravo!

why not tell her? If shes so great, doesnt she deserve to know this? And wow, good people are really hard to come by...cant imagine chucking someone away for something so superficial (and fixable)... I guess these are the times we live in.
