It is like I can't face reality. I keep thinking he will call and it will be ok. But he is not he told me he hated me and to never call him again

i am still in the prosses....i don't know how long it takes! your not alone, hope it stops hurting soon, sadly i have to see my ex a couple times a week....

I recommend not letting your life revolve around a guy. You need to get your own life and interests to focus on first then this kind of thing shouldn't bother you so much. Get some hobbies. Real hobbies, not shopping. Something that gives you a challenge and makes you think. Then moving on should become much easier.

Well...if hes saying he hates you thats not being a good person..Just try to hang out with some other guys..and mabe you can start to get over him.

Just go hang out with people that make you feel good. You won't just get over him over night. It will take a while but you will be okay!
