I live with my husband,two teenage daughter and my 16 year old son.We have 2 golden retrievers and 3 cats.all the animals are loving.whats up with all the other moody sods.I feel like running away.if ones happy the rest are not.im go between.ispend most of my time hiding in my room jst to get away.i don,t have fun anymore.im getting more stressed each day.midlife crisis maybe?any advice anyone.

I think you need a break,away from family and husband,go out in a vacation for 3 days and try to think about what you really want to do with your life!!!

Tempers like that are just a bad habit. If no one has anything medically wrong with them, then can change to a healthier lifestyle/diet, and break the bad temper habit.

put the dogs in the kennel, enlist some trustworthly relative to look in on the kids and grab the hubby and take a major vacation. for your own health and his, go.

when someone gets weird get way weirder and scream and holler at them till they shut up,EVERY time they get that way go crazy on them and show them what you feel.This works if you do it every time they get strange and angry.give it back to them ten fold as it will open there eyes to what there doing
let them know whats going on in your head
take a 100 mg B vitamin complex daily for stress.
eating only whole natural foods helps in a lot of aspects of life

Its amazing wat our bodies go through i am 42 and i feel like u i have 3 teenagers here and i just feel like i need to escape too much tension. I have tried to find an outlet by going to dance class but i still feel like my life has no meaning.

Get some professional help...the anger is from something you need to deal with and a professional can help you with that.

....im afraid arguing /shouting ...at children only makes them shout back....i prefer to talk quietly ....if things get heated i stop the conversation.....always tell them you love them and how amazing they are.....they really respond.....
