My school email uses Outlook Web Access but I want to set up Outlook on my computer to function like the web access. I want to have the same contacts and messages show up on both. The web access does'nt have a way to import or export.

Contact your school for instructions on configuring Outlook to access that email. Once you do, you will have all the features of exporting your contacts via Outlook.
