I'm going to assume you have the HK1398 amplifier and the 4-ohm DVC Type R subs. Your best option would be to wire the voice coils of each sub in series, then wire all four subs in parallel to the bridged speaker terminals of the amplifier. This should allow a mono output of 1600 watts RMS into a 2-ohm load; each subwoofer would get 400 watts.
