yes you can if you eat enough .green beans have all the nutrition in the dictionary. except for b12 you will need a suppliment. Its the few foods that have everything

no , you can not do that long you need proper food from all four food groups to be healthy .you need to consult with a docter before trying any diet ,if thats what your wanting to do . i wish you the best,,
