dude, bose doesnt even have a aftermarket speaker line. and you cant tell me a stock setup of Bose is better then a 1,000 pair of componts from Boston Acoustics. and speaker of brands not in car audio neither is Harman/Kardon.

listen i dont know what kind of car audio your looking for but your either looking for loud bass, SPL, or clear clean music, SQ. here are some great brands for both, that are worth a listen too.

SPL

RE Audio
Pioneer Premier
Image Dynamics
TC Sounds
MMATS

SQ

Diamond Audio
Kenwood Excelon
MB Quart
Boston Acoustics

good luck

Don't listen to others I am professional on audio I would prefer Harman/Kardon Because it is made of metal petal and the bass is great. Or you can choose Bose is very good and have great history of quality sound but not better than Harman/Kardon.
