You need to go to the feed store and get 4 bottles and a can of "queen's milk" for them. Maybe some extra nipples too.
When you feed them you need to pay attention to the way you hold them, otherwise they can end up wtih pneumonia.
Roll up a towel & put the kittens head and front feet on the towel and keep them like that while they eat; this is the normal position they would be in while nursing from the mom.
It will work best if you have someone to help since they will all be hungry at once; if you don't have help then take an old glove and cut off the fingers big enough for the nipples & caps to fit thru but hold the bottles in place and just drop the bottles in & hold while they eat. {it would prob be easier if you used 2 gloves; it's almost impossible to get the kits on different schedules so they will all need to be fed at the same basic time}
After everyone has eaten you need to do the following...seiously you need to do this:
Get some cotton balls or rags & wet with warm water & then rub them to make them go potty...if you don't then you will lose the kittens. Just rub around their pp area until you actually see them go, clean it up with the rag. Do the same for the anal area altho they may not poop immediately, it might take a feeding or 2.
If the mom wants back in to the kittens, watch her closely until you are positive she isn't there to harm them--it can & does happen.
Lastly, you need to get the mom spayed asap! They can go back into heat 2 days after giving birth!! Please don't let her get pregnant again.
Good luck with the babies.

If the mother cat is not paying attention to her kittens, than there may be something wrong with them. Cats by nature only take care of their young that are healthy, figureing that they are the only ones who will survive past the first week or two. Have the kittens checked out by the vet. But dont worry yet. The mother might just be shaking off the fact that she just popped out four little kittens. She needs recovery too!

If the mother cat continues to reject the kittens and will not permit them to nurse, obviously they will die unless you intervene and feed them from bottles which will be a major, time-consuming project (around the clock). If it appears very shortly that the mother will not accept the kittens, you must call a veterinarian and gain information as to what you should do and what to feed the kittens if you wish them to survive. You must do that without delay since naturally the kittens need to eat in order to thrive. Hopefully, the mother will soon accept her maternal status; since she is young herself, she may simply not know what is expected of her, so you might attempt putting the kittens in position to nurse, and perhaps their suckling endeavors might stimulate her milk and resolve the problem. Good luck! As a cat lover, I will hope for the best. After the kittens mature, please have the mother cat spayed.

Hi there, congrats on the new arrivals. Is your cat around 6m? sometimes younger cats freak out pretty easy. It's exasting work to have those babies, after the energy used in labor and eating all that afterbirth it's pretty normal for mom to seem not interested. The kittens probably will get her attention to nurse late this afternoon. It's really important to give momma kitty as much quiet and privacy as possible the first few days. I know this is much later than when you posted this but she might not have been done having kittens yet. If she seems like she's still pushing or straining at this time I would reccomend her being taken to a vet.
Hopefully this helps and good luck with your new housefull.

Be patient, give her some time.
(Depending on how much time passed: she might
have some other baby inside?)
You could also help the mother by feeding her
some glucose powder dissolved in milk.
However, if she continues to neglect them,
then that’s it!
Nature is very strong, sometimes seemingly cruel.
If your cat doesn’t take care of her kittens, she
certainly has her reasons. No healthy cat would
leave her litter without a reason.
On the other hand: feeding them through (might
be physically possible) is not the answer, either.
They might survive, but without motherly care, they
would grow up emotionally crippled.
Trust your cat’s instinct and leave it to nature!!!
You are welcome

for an analogous reason you may unlike everybody you meet. in basic terms like us, all cats have their very own personalities. some are sociable and get on with everybody, jointly as others are extra shy and can in user-friendly terms "click" with a chosen few human beings. Many cats locate unknown smells intimidating, and it may be the fragrance of your mothers and fathers' cats on them that makes him frightened of them. in the event that they have been advise to him in the previous he could bear in concepts that and be careful of them. as long as he's getting numerous loving from you and your brother and sister, he would be happy.
