I make this artichoke dip all the time, people love it. The recipe is simple:

1 can of Artichoke hearts
1 cup of Mayo
1 cup of Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp of garlic powder

Chop the artichoke hearts and add all the other ingredients and mix together. Bake at 325 for about 25 minutes or until golden brown on the edges and bubbly. Serve warm with crackers or crusty bread.

It is also great as a spread on sandwiches, with grilled chicken breasts.

Too funny. I just made answer #1 today for a get together. My sis swears by answer #2, but I just didn't have the cream cheese. I think you should try the last one, though! I am going to, the next time I make it . It sounds delicious!!

Good luck.

PS. I bought Stacy's pita chips in plain and in the Texarkana Hot to dip with!!!!
