ok honestly.

Breakfast-banana

lunch-sandwich consisting of 1 slice of wholemeal and ham

apple mid afternoon

tea, handful of tossed salad, 2 slices of ham and 2 boiled eggs.

another banana, cupa soup and half slice of wholemeal.

ok now that i have wrote it down it seems like way to much!

It doesn't sound like enough. It might be ok for a 3 year old, but if you're over the age of 12, you should be eating twice this amount. If you feel sick, anxious, depressed, worried, weak, unable to focus or moody, blame your diet. Please don't continue to starve yourself-- as you get older, you'll develop some serious health problems.

No no no!!! That's what you call eating healthy, and in proportions u are doing great... not like other people that over endulge in breakfast, lunch and dinner. You just know how to keep it cool, and thats how you eat properly and a balanced meal with all the fruits and vegies... so don't kill urself thinking this is too much... it's perfectly okay!!

that is so not enough. dont worry about urself and especially dont worry about what pple think. if u feel ok, then dont let anyone make u feel bad. its ur life
