i tend to drink gatorade instead of soda. but, im not physically active is it just as bad. what is another drink you could recommend i should drink, for example i sometimes drink arizona diet green tea is that better than gatorade. any suggestions...

We have started drinking Celestial Seasonings herb tea, I make them by the gallon like regular tea, it's a lot better on my acidic stomach. I use a drip style coffee pot to make all my tea, just put as many tea bags as you like, I use six flavored and one chamomile, in the filter cup and run the water through just like making coffee. I run a pot and a half of water through, then fill with ice to top of pitcher and you have instant ice tea. OH the chamomile helps my hyper family to chill out.

Yes, it's bad. Gatorade is to replenish fluids after a hard workout. But it does have sugar in it.

I love iced tea. I can drink it plain and once in a while I'll add some Splenda (which is NOT bad to use--much better for you than Equal) in it to get that sweet taste. I buy decaf teabags so I don't get all that caffeine in it. I can drink it all day. So I switch it up with water. Sometimes I get Crystal Light and add that to my water for flavor. All these things have no sugar in them.

Clean purified water is the best thing to drink. Gator aid is very high in sugar or should I say sugar derivatives. Green tea is good because it has anti-oxidants which help prevent cancers but water is still the best. You should drink 64 oz of water a day.

Whats wrong with plain water-0 calories, 0 additives, and no sugar to make you thirstier. Too much of any soda, gatorade , or juice isn't good. Alternate with water for real thirst quenching and proper hydration.

Gaterade is not good, especially if you are not physically active.
Try......water!
Or, crystal light. There are packets you can add to water bottles that taste great but have very little calories.
How about plain iced tea?
make your own in the Sun.
Or remember, you can always drink ....................WATER

Water or unsweet tea (if you want a little boost). Gatorade is pretty sugary.

well gatorade has alot of vitamens in it so its not so bad but im not really shure.
