heh heh heh.
if you were in the UK then i would say 'yes', not only that but your story would be in every daily newspaper and one would be bound to start a claim for you to be kept in thecountry, you would be given a house, furniture and quite possibly a satelite system.
some have even been provided with cars and mobile fones.
the priest would be defrocked in shame while you would most likely get a massive settlement, then you could live the rest of your life on the social after bringing over the rest of your non english speaking family.
sound unlikely?
it happens every day here

R u tryin 2 wind somebody up. What u have called this Priest is out of order. Forget ur pride. Us Legal humans living here have 2 from time 2 time, just 2 get by in life.The decent thing 2 do is have an honest talk with this priest after all he might have upset ur tummie. Maybe u don't know the meaning of the word (Infidel) OR maybe u do.

There are many things worth suing people for, and yet victims of child abuse can't sue their abusers and should be able too and you want to waste our tax money on you to sue for something so petty which would cost thousands and thousands of pounds because you got an upset tummy. Go and buy yourself a sachet of dhioralyte or settlers out of your own pocket and do something worthwhile like sign the petition http://petitions.pm.gov.uk/statutebarred/ which helps genuine people and find yourself some pride, honour and dignity and stop taking advantage of others.

It was free, wasn't it? Don't take it if you don't want it. Beggars can't be choosers. It would have been offered to anyone who needed it. Being illegal doesn't make you special. And we're all getting pretty tired of our tummies being upset by contaminated food that is handled by illegals. Maybe we should sue? The employers anyway. I think deportation would suffice for the illegals.

You can sue anyone for anything.
Being Illegal and having accepted something for free, I seriously doubt you would get much of anything other than a good laugh from the judge.
