i have tiny dots on both sides of my penis, its not on the head, but on the shaft/foreskin area more on the down side. my physician kinda just guessed on what it was. he said it might be some kind of warts. even though im not sexually active. so he gave me a prescription right away. wtf!
ive noticed them there for about 1-2 years, i thought they would go away. they dont seem to get bigger though and it looks like theyre on the inside of my skin, so theyre not sticking out. theyre is alot of them in two spots on each side of my penis and each one is tiiiny almost microscopic and barely visible.
I dont want to go putting cream on because my physician THINKS its warts. could this be just unfinished puberty? Im 18years old/ male/ caucasian.

You didn't say if you saw a urologist or just the family doctor. I suggest you see a urologist, if you haven't. A urologist would be the proper doctor to see.
Keep in mind that it really could be warts. There are many types of warts and not all of them are related to STDs or sexual activity.
One other thought came to mind when you said "white dots" and that is pearly penile papules. These are often mistaken for warts and they are absolutely nothing to worry about. They usually don't appear until the age of 20 though so you are a little young. They could also be Fordyce's spots...sebaceous glands...totally normal, common and nothing to worry about.
Please see a urologist for a second opinion. That way, you will feel comfortable with the diagnosis and the treatment.

It's a penis pimple. You need to get it treated right away before your penis rots off. Good luck and I hope I helped

Yea dude i have the same thing at the shaft and foreskin.
they are just pupils, your doctor take away his license for putting you on something withou tknowing anyshit.
warts are ****** ghuge and nasty looking, little white things that dont look infected are just pupils that you can barely see so ur fine.
and im 13 and i have em too.
