i am 21 year old female with an oval (not long) face and fair skin light brown hair, small figure, what would be a good hair cut for me? I have thick hair that goes just below my shoulder blades and I am sick of it!!! I have no ideas!!!

I am not short, 5'6 or so, and about 120# (I guess that matters???) and right now my style is so blah and makes me look so young.

to the 7th vertebrae is a universal length. it can still be put in an up do or worn down. it's like turquoise color. it looks good on everyone.
if it's too thick or heavy you could have some inside layers done for movement and to get rid of weight. if your hair is straight it will be easier to curl this way. or you can wear it straight.
if you are small (under 5'5" or under 100 pounds or so) wearing it away from your face will probably look better (not look like 'here comes flutters hair').
a fringe if you have pretty eyes. long layers if you have pretty lips.
hope it helps!

You are only 21 years old,so these names may not be familiar to you. But thick hair is Great for the Dorthy Hamill cut, which is side bangs with swept sides back. Beautiful on thick hair. Also a style called Pixie. Top thickness, some bangs and all sides brushed to sides of face. Find a beautician which is familiar with these styles and go to it. I am sure you will like either one of these.

Oval is idea! Your in a great position because any thing goes with your face shape. You can't go wrong just pick something that matches your personality.

Alright... Please forgive me for crashing your question. I dont have an answer but you sent me an email about my tattoo, and every time I reply through yahoo answers, my answer never goes through, and I didnt want you to think I was rude or something (like a lot of others probably do, because my replies dont make it to them) ....Moving on...

Thank you, :) My tattoo is actually based on Amy browns, bubble rider.

I took it to my tattoo artist and told her I wanted the bubble she's riding on replaced with a sun/moon design.

She asked me if I wanted the traditional colors and I told her to just do what she wanted because she was the artist and I trusted her. In the end I got a tattoo I love, and even though a lot of women have amy brown tattoos, mine is original. Heres a bigger picture of it (sorry about the low quality)

Good luck when you get your tattoo, sorry again for crashing your question like this.

If you need anything else just email me directly at i_love_fuzzy_slippers@yahoo.com

:) ta ta for now

Maybe a chin length bob that would look sleek you can pretty much do anything with an oval shaped face.

If you would do it, I think you should chop a lot of it off. It will feel so much lighter! Maybe even go really short? Since warm weather is approaching, it will feel cooler too. I don't know if it's warm there, but I live in Georgia so it's really humid here! :) I hope this helps.

try a shorter cut with long layers like a shag cut in the back. depending on the size of your forehead, try some longer bangs brushed of to the side with your back layers curled outwards! this is a killer sexy look!
