Does it mean anything (part 2)?

Now for part two. (Read part 1 to understand part 2)
So today, our teacher had to approve the books. SO when I go up there to approve mine, my teacher’s like hey I have a copy of the first book (the one my crush had) and that I would understand the series better if I read the first book SO I am thinking like yay (cuz if we have the same books like I can ask her questions about the book) but then 2 hours later the teacher doesn’t have it! But b4 she told me she didn’t have it we had a jump rope for heart but me, her and a few other people didn’t go. So I go and tell her that I am going to get the same book as her and she pays attention to me (her friends aren’t with her right now) and she was just finished talking to some1 and she wasn’t smiling at him. But when I started talking she smiled and paid attention to what I was saying.
Do you think she wants to be friends? Is she trying to be a friend or was she mad and was happy to talk to some1 nicer?
And her friends weren’t with her

and she paid attention, but most of the time she doesn’t pay attention. Is it cuz of her friends?
People answered in my part 1 question b4 that she SORTA hugged me bcuz she wanted the book, but now she is trying to be nice or is she?
