I know my son was born with a raised red birthmark on his side. I forget what the doctor called it, but they told me that it would fade and dissappear by the time he was 7 years old. He is now 6, and it has been gone for about a year and a half.
I'm not sure of the blue birthmark on the face, but you should try to search it at some pregnancy & health websites.

Children can have various birth marks on their face and body. I believe that the red marks are commonly referred to as wine stain marks.

IN most cases they will fade, and if they do not there are various surgeries which can be done to minimize or eliminate the marks.

Best of luck have a good night.

Yeah they go away after a few years. My friend had one one on her back when she was born, and the doctor said its normal.
Nothing to worry about unless it just suddenly appeared then maybe it could be something else.

I'm sure if it was anything of concern the doctor would have told you already when the baby was born or at a check up.
