I went into the hospital for a couple of days for some issues I was having. Before going in I had gotten into a fight with my sister who is also my roommate well needless to say she had a "long talk" with my boyfriend. I have been out since Wednesday and have not heard from him since. Should I just cut my losses, he hasn't tried to call me or anything what should I do

Tough to say without knowing all the facts.
But, I'd say yes, cut your losses and move forward.
Why?
You've been in the hospital - doesn't matter the reason - and he hasn't called or checked on you.
That's not respecting you or the relationship - period.
Anyone that says anything different is trying to deceive you and not being truthful.
The question to you is: should you forgive him?
I wouldn't - the partner is supposed to be there during trying times - REGARDLESS.

Well, I don't know why you were in the hospital, but if it has any thing to do with you hurting yourself in some way, I could understand the boyfriend having a problem & maybe not wanting to deal with someone who hurts themself... eating disorder, suicidal, cutting, etc. if your sister said something to him about it, I can understand that as well.
If that's not the case & your sister has badmouthed you to your boyfriend & told him about something shady you may have done because she was mad at you, or even lied to him, what can you really do? Did he come see you in the hospital? If not, then what ever is going on, he can't handle. I don't know how long you've been together, but maybe you should just call to at least find out what your sister said to him, or why he didn't come to see you, or call you to see how you are.
Really, if there were more details, I could actually give you some solid advies, but right now, any one who reads this is just playing a guessing game at what might have happened, or what's wrong, or what happened to you. We don't know you at all, so disclosing what happened in detail could get you better answers.
