To reduce the chance of having nightmares?? So far I've had two this week and I normally get about 1 a month if that.. What's going on??

Avoid drinking fluids after 8 PM. The body may attempt to wake your body up to relieve yourself by sending you a nightmare.

Avoid caffeine. I hardly ever have nightmares since I quit all caffeine products.

Drink plenty of clean water early in the day.

don,t wach scare movies bebore bed time wiil ask my gurdian for you have sweet dreams so many people love you
