We wash her and she turns fluffy and clean, but then looks kinda dingey the next day. Does Oxy-Clean make a good pet shampoo?

It's the oil in a dog's skin that make the dingey look, just the same as a white haired person's hair on the third day after washing.

A colored dog doesn't show it so much. Unfortunately, you just have to shampoo him/her more than another color. Use regular Tresemme' hair thickening shampoo. It makes my dog look Beeeyoootiful. Of course, Sabby the Wonderdog® is black so it just seems to last longer, that's all.

On the other hand, you could rub down your poochy with white shoe pollish for nurses and then dust her with baking soda. That would keep Fido white and fresh at the same time!

There are shampoos and rinses made specifically for white dogs. Try them and DO NOT use Oxy-Clean. It is not meant to be used on pets!

There are shampoos specifically for white dogs and they work beautifully. I have two Westies, and they are usually dirty. White dogs that are active and healthy get dirty. That is part of their job description. Please don't use strange chemicals on your pooch just to make her look good. It could burn her skin.

Earth to TBC, that dog is made of resin! So just use a brillo pad and some bleach. Good as new.
