What will Allah do to them?
Are the Sunnis and Shias fighting each other sinning in Allah's eyes?
Will they go to Jahannam?

Of course, he will punish them in hell, for disobeying the Quran and fighitng duuring the peaceful months.

One of the biggest sin is creating fitna and differences within Ummah.
Only one Ummah is in the eyes of Allah(swt).
No Sunni, Shia, Wahhabi's, or any other so called sects or groups.
One Ummah, Muslim.

Yes definitely He is !!
First of all He would be unhappy with this grouping on first place which is not actualy a part of islam......And then He would be Unhappy whit this fighting !! yes its a sin !no doubt ! They are not just fighting , they are killing each other and they deserve hell for this Crime ! Thanx God its only a small group who is doing this and not all muslim community is at war!

It is Prohibited to make sects and divisions in Islam
The Glorious Qur’an says:
"As for those who divide
Their religion and break up
Into sects, thou hast
No part in them in the least:
Their affair is with Allah:
He will in the end
Tell them the truth
Of all that they did."
[Al-Qur’an 6:159]
In this verse Allah (swt) says that one should disassociate oneself from those who divide their religion and break it up into sects.
Abusing, harming,quarelling n fighting wid fellow muslims is one of da major sins in islam. plus muhammad(saw) told us NOT 2 shed the blood of a fellow muslim. so yes, Allah will deal wid em over da rights of each oder..........
