what is a finsih floor elevation on site plan? and does anyone know where i can find a sample and/or handout?

The "finished floor elevation" on the site plan is used as a reference point for all of the proposed dwelling. The foundation depth, utility components, driveway elevation, all of those are determined from the finished floor elevation. That way, all of the trades are on the same page.

Since it is not a tangible item, there is no sample or handout possible.

That is the elevation of the finished floor.
