Why does every organized Church parade around claiming to be Christian? How many denominations in the world?

Anybody who exalts himself above the knowledge of God is an AntiChrist! Don't matter if you catholic, baptist, methodist, episcopal, lutheran, buddhist, ford worker, president, ceo, baker. You are an enemy of the cross any man who will not deny himself and carry his cross and follow me is an ememy of Christ. We already posted what is heresy and agnostic among other things . There is One Lord, One Faith, and One Baptism and that's it! You are not a Christian if you fellowship at any of the above Churches! The one Church of Christ is "Apostolic" Jesus told us in John 4:1-26 God is a spirit and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and truth! Search the scriptures, look at the day of "Pentecost" Jehovah is still doing this! Anybody who resist established beliefs is a "freethinker" a heretic, agnostic, "Anti-Christ" a circumventing stiffnecked fraud. When you illegitimate childern say you are Christians, we the true children of God by Christ; suffer your deserving ridicule! Not us only but our Father is labelled as we are due to you! We all suffer, we are all accused of being like you! This is a lie all these false people laying claim on the rights of us Christ desendents are murders! Listen up it's not possible to sin if you are born of God. Not possible people who continue in sin are none of us. Either a tree good and it's fruits will be good or make it evil and it's fruits will be evil. You cannot have bitter and sweet water come forth from a spring. Sinners are sinners the righteous is righteous due to Christ! When we are baptized in his name for the remission of sins we die. We longer can continue in sin, not possible.

ALl we do is read the word of God day and night! My Father by his spirit has given me more insight than what is being posted. Which is why all that is posted is conclusive. You go and examine what's being written research the words being used to describe YOU! Any person who exalts himself above the knowledge of GOD is A "freethinker" look up the word and see why it's being used. When you understand freethinker then you will agree with us! Why do you want to spew hatred? It is apparent that you think you are a very righteous person and in favor with God the Father and Jesus the Son. I see my Christianity as a relationship with God and Jesus. I am not better or no worse than any one else, I am forgiven, not perfect. I praise my God daily and do my best to live as I am supposed to, yet I am a human being, still bound in the flesh. My calling is to witness to others about becoming "born again. I also preface the born again with repenting. Turn all your woes and sins over to God. Coming on this site and admonishing others, nice Christian characteristic I'd like to have, NOT! You add fuel to the fire. Denominations can be Christian in nature, it is the religions I worry about. I can go to any denminational church and still fellowship with Christ and other Christians. Instead of spewing your discord why don't you tell others what God and Jesus have to offer, Eternal Life away from the lake of fire. You do not have the right to judge and when you do judge, you, yourself will be judged accordingly.
Perhaps if you were to read the book of Revelation and ask God to open your eyes to the entire tribulation you will see the Old Testament Scriptures and New Testament scriptures in a new light. Your heart will become burdened with angst for those that have turned away from God and you will want to pray for them and tell them about eternal life. don't come into a site like this expecting to be heard and people shudder. come in as Jesus as a lamb.

Come on, you are making enemies not bringing people to the Lord. I am a member of the Church of Christ, always have been and always will be. The thing about it is I have now learned about grace and God's grace reaches EVERYONE. Yes there is one faith, one Lord and one baptism. But not everyone was not born into the same faith as we were. Consider this...we are put on this earth to show people Jesus. Your attitude is not showing the true loving side of Jesus. You are showing condemnation. We are not here to judge others, that is God's job. Thankfully we do not have to pick and chose who gets to go to Heaven. Do you realize that God is not sitting in Heaven waiting and watching for us to "mess up" so He can send us to hell? He is our Father and loves us more than we can possibly understand. I am sorry that you see it the way you do. Try to see it from Jesus' eyes. Please consider that yes what the Bible says is true but as humans we have to be loving to show people the way. No one will get anything that if it is "shoved" down their throat in a hateful, all knowing manner. Please just think about it. Be cause He lives, so can we!

God is one thing - however, religion is man made garbage which has caused nothing but wars and conflict between the different types. It's a huge scam with the masses falling for it. Take a look at the roman catholic church for example; it's nothing but a huge business - probably the richest in the world. Talking about scams..... - take a good look at the so called "religious" people". most of the ones I've met are selfish, self centred hypocrites. God made man in his own image, churches are but a symbol of worship. The virgin mary was not married, so this makes her an unwed mother when she gave birth to jesus. No religion is the whole or correct truth. Each individual will worship god as they see fit. Life is a journey of knowledge, experience, and ultimately bringing wisdom that is learned from a lifetime of experience.

Jesus did not come to this earth to promote denominations nor did He endorse them. These multiple denominations & their doctines are manmade. He conveyed God's truth to all people. 2 Timothy 4: 3-5...........For the time will come when men will not put up with sound doctrine. Instead, to suit their own desires, they will gather around them a great number of teachers to say what their itching ears want to hear. They will turn their ears away from the TRUTH and Turn aside to MYTHS. But you, keep your head in all situations, endure hardship, do the work of an evangelist, discharge all the duties of your ministry. Question is Why do you need Jesus? Do you really know?


First off do you know why you need to? If you can't answer that question then it really doesn't matter?

Ask yourself, Why do you need Jesus? Then read on.

Are you a good person? What a question, most of us believe that we are good people because we can look around and find someone that is far worse than we are. We can always point to the things that we think make us a good person.

But how good are we really? Dare we take this test and look at ourselves and see if we really are good? Hmmm.

See one day we all are going to stand before a Holy God on Judgment Day and he is going to judge us based on His Holy Law, the Ten Commandments. These are just 4 of them and how did you do? Guilty? I have broken all of these and more, what about you? How well will you do on Judgment Day?

If we break just one point of God's Law we are guilty of breaking all the law and Gods Wrath abides upon us all. Based on God's Law we are all guilty and all are deserving of punishment. But there is an out for us.

Jesus paid the price for each one of us, took on himself God's Wrath so we wouldn't have to face it on our own. Jesus was beaten, battered, bleed and died so we wouldn't have to face God's Wrath. He rose again so that we would life in his presence. Our crimes, His payment.

The real question is where will you stand on Judgment Day. Pay yourself or have it paid for you. Think about it.

On judgment day without Christ you will stand alone and have to face wrath.

You think because you have "Church of Christ" over the door or make a bogus claim of "apostolic succession" (Through which Pope? The One in exile at Avignon or the one at Rome?) that makes you orthodox and everyone else a heretic? Tossing around proof texts and not understanding anything you've read doesn't impress. We can all play that game homey. Careful that you don't fulfill:

"Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity."

Gotta love those all purpose proof texts. They can be turned on anyone.
