Whenever I lie down on my stomach after a long day of work, my back starts hurting. Eventually I get used to it, but is this something a chiropracter can fix? or is it something worse? I try to stand up and sit up straight, but my job requires a lot of bending. Is my back going out at 18?!?!

I would like to recomend to you a back brace while you are working. It could help alot and also pick up at your knees. There could be 2 reasons for you back pain. 1 is you spine could be decompressing. 2 is the you could be starting to get a slipped disc. I would totally go to a chiropractor. I regular doc will not recomend that. I had a major slipped disc before and the doc's wanted to surgery. Well I went to a chiro instead and I am walking fine today with no pain at all. Before you go check your chiro out first. I hope this helps

it could be, back pain is usually muscle pain and caused by bad posture, so when u straighten ur back lying down, it causes pain. try to observe urself in the mirror when u are doing stuff at work..
