My husbands name is Ricky and his dad's name is Ricky so the babys name has to be Ricky but I would like it to be a middle name I can't think of anything that would be a good first name to go with it because it seems like it overpowers it.

How about Ryan? Ryan Ricky Whatever. I think names that start with "R" would sound the best.

Ricky? Oh my..well James Rick? Gustavo Ricky, come on, really, Ricky is not a good first or middle name, break the mold and change the middle name to Ethan James, or something Elegant, Patrick instead of ricky? Ethan Patrick, Patrick Ethan, Something...different..You might love your husband, but Ricky? That's from the 70's and 80's. Sorry, you are having a boy, that's going to be his name forever..pick something nice. Maybe Ricky Scott? I dunno..you don't give a lot to work with.

I think that Richard sounds more dignified than Ricky for a middle name. Ricky is a great nickname for Richard, but not great as a middle name all on its own.

Hmmm...that's a tough one. How about Jonathan? Or Alexander? I think you have to have a longer first name otherwise, you are right, Ricky overpowers it. Good luck!
