Try doing different things. Reading to children, playing sports, music lessons - find something you love to do. Keep looking until you find something. Or do some volunteer work that would interest you.

Dear People!
Only you can find a passion in life. First make a list of things that you feel are missing in your life.(make it reasonable and attainable) This earthly plain is tough and getting harder every day. Make a list of things you like doing choose one do it. One day you may say boy I like doing this. YOu do not state your age.
I was born with my "get on with life gene" so I was fortunate. What makes you laugh..What makes you happy. Find someone to help that really needs it. Remember if you are not depressed, then helping others is a good start.
Physically activity is most important in your life. Do you want, Fame, Money, recognition, define what you want. Only then can you truly find what suits you. YOu have to say each day. I am thankful to be alive. I personally know many who do not have long to live and they would change places with you in a heart beat ..so at the top of the list say:
I am alive: I am healthy: I can do anything I choose to do.
This is just somewhere to start. Hope this helps alll the best.

Karl Menninger, a world renowned psychiatrist, was once asked a hypothetical question: "what advice would you give me if I told you I was unhappy and on the verge of a breakdown?"

Menninger replied: "I would tell you to drop everything you own and go help someone less fortunate than yourself."

I find purpose only when I stop looking for purpose.

One of my favorite quotes is: I struggled to find the path, only to discover the struggle IS the path." (written my me. )
