If it were possible to move anywhere without visa restrictions, would the Arab world gain or lose population?

Without ANY restrictions on movement, the Arab world would lose many many citizens. The arab people are overall very smart and they know that their own countries are stifling their creativitiy and innovation. Given the choice... free enterprise is the best system and Arabs know it. there would be an "Exodus" out of the middle east.
